What to expect:

  • Learn What, Why and How when it comes to building out your training to build both a huge strength base AND elite cardio (at the same time)
  • Become a well rounded athlete that has the strength of someone who is 10-15kg heavier whilst having the endurance and agility of someone 10-15kg lighter
  • Hit personal bests in both strength lifts AND your 10km run times (or build to be able to run 10km for the first time)
  • Enjoy a new system of training that allows you to have multiple goals that will actually help you feel like a weapon
  • If you are looking at trying out in a specialty selection course this will be your base training and set you up to be ready when the time comes
