How Does It All Work?
- The new small group starting will be every Monday and Wednesday at 630pm with Coach Chantel for your MAIN 2 SessionsÂ
- These session will be a mix of female specific Strength work, Cardiovascular training and Pilates (getting you more athletic everywhere but especially focusing on your core, posture muscles, glutes and legs).
- You will also have access to our extra sessions held on Fridays and Saturdays and we will help guide you on what ones will suit best based off your abilities.
- We will also help guide you with your nutrition and lifestyle based habits to make sure you can be progressing in everyway possible
- If you are looking for a fun (and the most effective) way to train, a new hobby or a complete lifestyle change this will be awesome for you

Chantel aka 'Tel' is a specialist when it comes to transforming women and helping them become the leanest, strongest and most confident versions of themselves.
With 10 years of coaching under her belt her ability to help from both a training and nutrition standpoint has caused so many of her girls to be asked "wow, what the hell have you been doing to look like that".
Tel is a secret weapon to many women.
