A small group of Mum's returning back to exercise after having kids.
Your body looks different, moves different, feels different and IS different after having a baby and at Royale Fitness we understand this.
Our SMC focuses on re-building and re-connecting with our postpartum body.
It covers all common concerns Mum's have such as aching lower back, poor postural muscles, weak pelvic floor & ab separation.
We work on all these areas whilst also progressively getting you stronger, fitter and leaner.
With a qualified pre/post natal coach you can have the confidence that this will be your BEST gym return EVER!
