This assessment is a 1-on1, 1hour in person session located at Royale Fitness in Bacchus Marsh with Postpartum Exercise Expert Coach Chantel Prince is exactly what you need for an epic gym return!
Your body looks different, moves different, feels different and IS different after having a baby and it's important we understand this.
This assessment was created because Postpartum coaching ISN'T taught in anywhere near as much depth as it should be in a personal training course. (even though X amount of women will fall pregnant in their life time) This has left lots of coaches unqualified and inadequate to coach postpartum women.
It is time for women to take their body and fitness into their own hands by becoming proactive and educated.
Your assessment will be with a qualified pregnancy and postpartum coach with 10+ years of experience so you can have the confidence that no matter what gym you step into you'll be ahead of the game for your postpartum return.
In your Personalised Postpartum Return to Exercise Assessment we will cover all concerns you have such as aching lower back, poor postural muscles, weak pelvic floor & ab separation.

Here is what you can expect from your Personalised Postpartum Return To Exercise Assessment...
1. 1-on-1 Support
Our 1 hour, 1-on-1 in person assessment will go through exactly where your body currently is and where you want it to go.
This once off session will include showing you how to assess ab separation, common dysfunctions of your pelvic floor, a movement assessment with on the spot feed back & technique fixes.


2. 5 Week Postpartum Pilates Program
This self-paced video program can be done from anywhere at anytime.
It was created for new Mums with short (20-30minute) session focusing on pelvic floor, core, posture, mobility and body awareness.
It's the perfect early days postpartum rehab that can be done alone or in conjunction with your gym return.
3. Universal In Gym Confidence
Whatever exercise YOU enjoy is what we will focus on.
The tools I will give you in this assessment will give you the confidence to step into ANY gym and know you're going to be okay.
